In apartments very often there are protruding elements on the walls. As a rule, these are communications or load-bearing columns that cannot be dismantled, but they interfere with the arrangement of furniture. One of the popular solutions to this issue is the alignment of the walls with drywall. In this case, perfectly smooth walls are obtained, but the usable area is lost.

In this project, a disadvantage was turned into a virtue. In the common room and bedroom, between two protruding columns, a TV with a nightstand fits in well. And the end of the kitchen was made less massive, thanks to the ledge on the wall.
