The development of interior design in a private house usually differs from the design of an apartment in two points:
- in apartments there are no stairs more often, in private houses on the contrary;
- apartments have one entrance, and cottages usually have at least two, and this significantly affects the functional diagram.

This house also has two entrances. One classic from the street, the second is the exit from the kitchen-studio to the veranda. The functional scheme was thought out in such a way that guests, getting into the house from the veranda, have minimal access to the intimate space of the hosts.
